Question by ambrosiablossom: What's the best diet/protein meal replacement shake?
I'm looking for a diet/protein shake I can drink for lunch. I had been drinking Special K's chocolate shakes, but they've got so much sugar in them that I'm no longer certain they're that healthy! Does anyone have some recommendations? I gained a bit of weight while abroad and want to lose it as well as get more in shape.
