Question by Rachel H: Question about protein shake for Insanity diet plan?
I am starting the Insanity diet plan on Monday and would like to get some input on a good brand of protein shakes to buy? can I use it as a meal replacement on this diet? if not, do I just drink it after my workouts? And let me know any other info about this plan if you think it may help me along the way.... Thanks.
