Question by Emma: Can I use a whey protien shake as a meal replacement shake?
I am wanting to go on a diet and have been looking at meal replacement shakes they are all quite expensive. I would have shakes for some meals and healthy meals at others. Would it be ok if I just used a whey protien shake as a meal replacement if I take vitamins with it?
