Help me make a diet plan. For example: for breakfast what should i eat, lunch,dinner, etc.. Also, I want a diet that is below 1200 calories.

1 cup whole grain cereal with half a cup of skim milk
snack:
a medium sized apple with a tbsp of peanut butter
lunch:
4 ounces chicken breast, 1-2 cup(s) of salad (w/o salad dressing or just dip your fork in you favorite dressing; saves A L
