not the best shot, but i wanted to get an early start again today. 4 workouts in a week and all before work. i've always been get- it-over-with about my workouts and doing it first thing in the morning usually leads to an overall good feeling. i'm just starting off with 30 minutes of cardio, but i plan on adding resistance/weight training soon and biking once the weather cools off a bit.
