By good I mean, nutritional value-wise, not nescessarily taste.

1/2 banana
about 3/4 cup frozen papaya
1 tbsp honey
1-2 tsp raw cocoa powder
1 scoop Fibre Smart
1 scoop hemp protien
1 tbsp omega fatty acid (such as Udo's oil)
1 1/4 cup water.
Blend and enjoy! The fibre and protein will keep you full until lunch, and it tastes
