HI!
I just started working out with a personal trainer to lose weight and get in shape. My personal trainer recommended I make a whey protein shake after workouts. I am new to whey.
What is the best tasting brand? what is the best priced? what is the highest in protein and lowest in fat and calories? any information that anyone has would be great!
