Question by hearty: I'm naturally skinny and need to gain weight, what are some store brand protein bars/shakes?
With my fast metabolism I have a hard time eating more calories than I burn. What brands of protein shakes/bars, that I can get at local stores, would help me GAIN weight? I mean, does Special K help people gain weight too?
