Question by Valarie: Can you do the Slim Fast Diet when doing Weight Watchers?
I am currently on the slim fast diet, which works, but I would like to do weight watchers as well. So, can I do weight watchers when on the Slim Fast diet? Does anyone know how many points a Slim Fast Optima Rich Creamy Chocolate Shake is?
