11/10 Manual Labor - Planning Gage's Meals

To some, this may seem a stretch to use this shot as a subject for manual labor. To me, it isn't. My son has PKU. He has a very restricted diet. One in which we must daily plan what he eats and in what quantity. We measure everything that he consumes to the tenth of a gram. My wife spends much of her time doing this. I appreciate her for her diligence as my son will some day as well.
