Well, I came here to ask someone who actually KNOWS what they're talking about. Not to be rude but there are too many conflicting answers.. I've searched and some have said whey makes women gain weight. Some say it doesn't. Some people say that soy is too high in estrogen so it's bad for women. Some say it's good.
