How many times am i suppoesed to drink the ensure meal replacement drinks?
am i supposed to drink it for breakfast, lunch and dinner or just once because i can't eat and was doctor recomended but i'm just confused about when to drink it. the instructions just say replace your meals. and it says fiber drink does that mean what?
doesn't have corn syrup i checked k.
