Question by scorpionc53: Can I mix my protein shake in a jug and then serve or do I have to mix each drink and drink right away?
I'm currently flip flopping between a GNC and a walmart brand protein shake mix. Can I use an old milk jug and mix a weeks worth in the jug or does the protein shake go bad? I'm mixing powder with water, not milk. If I do premix, how long can it sit before it goes bad?
