I gained a lot of weight having my daughter and I want to start a diet and I wanna know if the slim fast diet works if I stick with it and what meals can I make that are 500 calories and under?

Answer by Annie DIt works if you actually replace an entire meal with one can. It still takes willpower. I don't recommend vanilla.
Meals: Use tilapia and couscous a lot.
