Protein Shake with Fibre Diet - Can be used for weight control or diet Omega 3 ALA

Here i am again... a guy at work said what was i drinking... i showed him and took him in some protein shake stuff and ground flaxseed. He said he was starting a diet, the diet consisted of two shakes a day and fibre.... i said you're paying .99 per serve, mine costs about .20 per serve. Who's making money now? I've had protein shakes for years (more than 10) and they are nutritious. The added fibre, as you will hear, has been researched and i learn by what i read. don
