Question by FRANCISCO A: is it healthy to drink protein shakes after lifting weights?
is it healthy to drink a protein shake after lifting weights even if I do so a few hours before I sleep?
(I am 20 years old, have good physical condition)

Answer by shop2earlyI have a personal trainer, and she says, it is better to drink it before lifting weights. It makes you that much stronger.
