Question by **NoUr**: Do protein shakes make women put on weight in the right places?
I have this friend that's obsessed with "putting on more weight in the right places". She claims and believes that if she drinks protein shakes every day and puts more protein in her diet, she'll get a bigger bum and all that. From what I know protein is for MUSCLE gain not fat. So does this mean her strategy won't work? How can I convince her that she's wasting her time and it'll never work. Or am I the one
