Question by FunnyGirl: Are there ANY good/healthy meal replacement shakes out there?
I rarely have time to make breakfast/lunch. If there is a healthy (and maybe potentially good tasting?!) meal replacement shake out there, I'd love to hear about it. Extra points if it's pre-mixed in a can! :)
