Answer by egonspangler77I've heard of two theories.

1) You should consume one gram of protein for every pound you currently weigh. Ex. If you weigh 150 pounds try and consume 150 grams of protein a day.

2) You should consume 25% of your daily calories as protein. Ex. If you eat a 3000 calorie per day diet you should get 3000*.25 = 750 calories from protein. Since
