Question by Why Yes, I AM a Princess: What is the Best Brand of Soy Protein Powder?
i've been a vegan for quite a while, like 3-4 years now. i know that i'm not getting enough protein or vitamins or anything, and i'm starting to feel the effects of it. i'm going to the health food store later today and getting vitamins, and i was thinking about picking up some soy protein powder while i'm there. but there are so many different kinds. what's the best brand? preferably something i just mix into
