Question by Cheryl: liquid fasting/diet weight loss?
I already know it isn't that healthy, so don't tell me that, i am simply asking for some answers. so if you are against this, don't post an answer because this is my body and you don't make the ultimate decision. how ever my question is how much weight can i lose on a 30 liquid fast? I have already lost 20 pounds with exercise and healthy diet and i have 23 pounds left to lose. summer will be here in 69 days and i want to get down to my ori
