Question by Sporty girl: Will eating only fruit, veg, soups and protein shakes lose my weight quickly?
I drink about 2 and a half litres of water a day and i cycle for an hour a day aswell, but if i only ate fruit, veg, soups (occasionally) and my protein shake (twice a day, 50grams of protein in each with very little carbs in it). I need to lose weight very quickly but in a healthier way than lighter life or something similar. Would i lose weight if all i ate was
