Question by Carol M: Does anybody know where I can find a Qucik Weight Loss diet plan?
I have been exercising 4 times a week at a place that is similar to curves called Butterfly Life. I feel great from exercising, but I am not losing any weight. I know muscle weighs more than fat, but I really need to start eating healthier. There are some Quick Weight Loss places around here, but I really don't have the extra money get into it.
