Question by jenna: what are the best diet-meal replacement shakes?
A co-worker of mine always has some new meal replacement shake that he says works when he's trying to loose weight. Well its almost summer so i need to loose my winter weight before i even think of getting in a bathing suit. Can anyone tell me the most effective diet meal replacement shakes that won't make me hungry?

Answer by jessicaslim fast shakes are actually pretty good. i wouldnt recommend a meal replac
