Question by get fit: Does anyone know of a healthy recipe for a meal replacement smoothie?
I'd like to make my own smoothie to eat as either a lunch or a mid morning snack using whey protein. I have my own whey protein, but in need of other ingredients to add. I'm looking for something that will sustain the body from hunger, and also very healthy.
