Question by Evie: What is the best Meal replacement Drink on the market?
I never have time to make breakfast in the morning before I head of to work so I slam a shot of liquid vitamins and head out. When I get to work I have a yogurt and usually munch on some other snacks, but would really love to take a tastey meal replacement drink with my in the car in the morning. I do not need to lose weight I just need a liquid breakfast. Can you suggest anything that would work, that I can get at the
