Question by 14 year old bodybuilder :): My parents arent letting me buy protein shakes for after working out?
Hi im 14 years old, 5'10, 156 lbs and after im done working out, theres nothing in my house that will give me protein, and i want to buy protein shakes with my own money and my parents won't let me because they think it is bad for you, they think it will give you an enlarged heart. What should i do? I want to gain muscle mass. Thank you.
