What RTD shake has the highest protein?
I currently drink Myoplex which has 42g of Protein, but I was thinking of trying something stronger.
I would still like a RTD shake rather than a powder shake though.
Any information would help.
Yes, I have also used Muscle Milk before w/ 26g of Protein.
hmm, Carnivore Shots, I think I will try that.
How does it taste, cause beef shakes?
