The gym really kicked my butt tonight. Instead of doing 30 minutes on the treadmill & 30 minutes on the elliptical machine, I decided to do an hour long program on the cross trainer. I feel great, but it was exhausting.
The only "diet advice" I have gotten is from the backstabber & TJ. While the backstabber did lose like 50 pounds on South Beach, he gained it all back (and then some). TJ- "All I
