Met rx meal replacement on off/cardio days?

Question by matt k: Met rx meal replacement on off/cardio days?
Is met rx meal replacement a good supplement to take on my off days and cardio days to get my protein, or would it be better to still take a whey protein, or a preotein like syntha 6?
