What kind of foods are high on protein? after ab excersies i need to get a lot of protein, So if you workout what kind of foods do you eat that's high on protein? what kind of protein bars would you recommend? i've eaten protein bars and they taste nasty. Are there any protein bars that have a good taste? besides protein bars what's high on protein?
