Question by CW: low calorie/carb/fat protein shake?
I need some kind of protein shake thats low in fat, calories, and carbs. It cant have any nuts in it or contain any kind of protein powder or anything like that. Yeah, its specific, but I couldnt find one (first off, I give up way too easily) and most them that I did find had stuff in it like flax seed oil (there are no health food stores anywhere around where I live) or stuff like that.
So, can anyone help?
