Question by Johnny: Monster Milk vs Muscle Milk, which one is better?
Okay so here's the thing; I went to GNC today to buy me some Monster Milk which I have been using ever since I started weight training (month and a half ago). Next to Monster Milk was Muscle Milk. First thing I saw was the pretty sweet discount of the product from $ 41.99 to $ 21.99. Sadly, Monster Milk didn't have such a sweet deal.
