Question by Jacob: I lift weights without protein shakes but the results arnet great, are protein shakes healthy?
From what I heard they affect your kidneys and liver and they cause hair loss. I obviously don't have a clue. What protein shakes would any of you recommend. I heard Quick-mass is good as well as whey. Any suggestions would be great.
P.S If you could include an example of what you might eat for a whole day while on the protein shake that would be excellent.
