Question by Jake P: Pure protein 100% whey shake and Nature Made softgel multi complete changing my bowel movements?
i started taking these two things a few days ago, and i started running again (3-6) miles and my bowel movements changed. i used to have one a day, now im having two or three (usually two). Is this supposed to happen? I feel great, refreshed and like i can run so much longer but is it bad that my bowel movements changed because of the protein shakes and multi vitamin?
