Is this a plan for weight loss for a woman?

Question by sianhorace: Is this a plan for weight loss for a woman?
I am a 35 year old woman and I want to lose about 15-20 pounds. Is this a good plan for achieving that goal? Breakfast= Protein shake, lunch=tuna salad (no bread or wheat bread) snake=fiber bar dinner salad with spinach instead of lettuce.

Exercise: Running/Walking for 3.5 miles a day. Sometimes more.
