Question by Matthew S: Does anyone know of a good high protein meal replacement shake that is cost friendly?
Right now, I'm using the Pure Protein Tri-Phase Infusion from Costco. Seems to fill me up for a couple of hours, but not sure if it's ok as a meal replacement. What do you guys thinK???

Answer by wiccagirl24You're much better off eating real food. If you don't have time for food look into green smoothies, which are much more natural and better for you then protein
