Question by Lisa: what is the cheapest meal replacement shake/powder for weight loss?
I have to lose about 20 lbs within a month and a half unexpectedly. I am needing to find which meal replacement powders/shakes work the best for maximum weight loss, while supplying enough nutrients for the day. I am also not able to spend a fortune...some of the meal replacements at GNC are like $ 60!!! Thanks!!!
