I've been working out for a few months now to reduce body fat and increase muscle and fitness. I feel it's time to start taking whey protein to help increase muscle, though i don't anything about it.

Which products do you reccomend?

What do you mix the powder with?

What's the difference between Whey Protein Consantrate and Whey Protein Isolate?

Do you feel Whey Protein actualy helps in increasing muscle?
