Question by Mickey: Can you lose weight by eating only meal replacement/ protein foods?
Daily food intake:
2 soy protein meal replacement shakes (140 cal 13g Protein each)
1 South Beach Meal replacement protein bar (180 cal 12g Protein)
1 K2O protein water ice tea mix ( 30 cal 5g protein)
Water
Sometimes adding an apple, veggies, or yogurt.
Im a vegetarian
My stats: 18 5'8" cw:118 gw:108
